Waller Redd Staples (1826 –1897) was a Confederate Congressman in the First and Second Confederate Congress. Postwar he was Judge of the Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals as well as president of the Virginia Bar Association. Prewar, he was a member of the Virginia state legislature.
